Just had a baby

I was big into PT and sadly experienced a couple back to back miscarriages. As a result I gained weight. I just gave birth to a healthy baby but endured a very difficult pregnancy with lot's of sickness and very little exercise. I was in bed a lot and didn't eat the best I could have. Now 12 days post partum I'm 182 and ready to get this weight off. My goal is a min to get to the 150's preferably 145 lbs. Just looking for the motivation to get started. Sometimes that is the hardest part.

    I am due in April and right now 175lbs. Once this baby comes I will also be trying to get back to 145ish. Pls feel free to add me and we can motivate each other. Congrats on having a baby!!! That is the best accomplishment in my eyes. This is coming from someone who didn't succeed at the first 4 pregnancies and is now a mom of a toddler boy with another one on the way.
