Yes. I am a big guy muscular wise believe it or not under all this fat. The scale will never be my friend. The tape and calipers are what I go by.

I have had limited success with keto. I would have kept doing it, but I simply can't afford it up here in Canuckistan with the absolutely asinine meat prices. What I do is hard boil a dozen at a time. I snack on them all. day. long. I find, especially in summer, I can stay satiated primarily on the eggs and green tea alone. I drink about a gallon of green tea a day.
