  • I don't think it necessary if you’re not trying you lose weight. Although 10 minutes a day might further increase you athletic ability. Making you a better at lifting and increasing your lean muscle mass. Personally I hate cardio lol its so annoying. but I am trying to loose weight right now. so gah.
  • Go on to youtube look up befit they have a butt lift program and get enough protien (45 grams a day is for the inactive)
  • You should try leaving little piles of sugar mixed with baking soda around for a week or so what happenes if they eat it and they bring some back for the queen. After they eat it the baking soda expands in their stomach and they die.

  • That is a really good point, Thank you Bwigilive for meantioning that, but you can get a fairly accuate estimate of you metabolic rate by calculating your weekly weightloss (deficit + what you actually ate) if you lose 1.3 llb a week as a monthly average you know your deficite was around 650 per day.
