I'm a student also, buy frozen veg and fruit. Also for variety sometimes you can get veg to use on the day , for cheap. Its good if you want to try new things and randomize your meals abit.

Yes I am pretty much a sugar addict and drunk a drink called Lucozade daily. Now the drink I relied on, I can not stand the taste of it.

Doctors are like that these days, do not really test things at all, even if you persist for ages. I'm thankful for everyones advise on this issue. I have been taking two coconut oil capsules a day and drink pro biotic drinks. The coconut oil has seems to be doing the trick so far.

I would suggest talking them about introducing more variety of vegetables or cooking the meat in different ways. You could maybe eat smaller portions or if you are really loving those big dinners, eat lighter somewhere else. Blend up cheap vegetables for smoothies.

I'm trying to live on a low carb diet, I have epic fails sometimes. sneaky pizza, or some pasta. Its just a need at times!

I also have the same problem , I get loads of rashes and get yeast infections every couple of weeks. I have lowered my carbs alot, it seems to be helping but its too early to tell. I have heard of Candidastop, I started taking coconut oil supplements today and they may be quite similar, so I guess another thing to try if…

yes, because your weight fluctuates depending on sodium, etc. If you can't resist daily , how about a couple of times a week, or maybe every 5 days since mfp seems to make a point of a person logging in every 5 days. I have to move my scales because I keep wanting to weigh myself. It makes me a bit obsessive.

yes!, walking is a nice gentle way to burn calories and it helps me sort my mind out.

You may just be eating something high in sodium and not realising. Find out what it is and don't eat it so often, that water you're retaining will probably just go over a few days.

Thank you for so much advice, I can't see the pdf but I am looking through the Kauffman website right now and I am definitely going to try the supplements I do have flu like symptoms, I get constant ear aches, a constant cough and my nose just blocks up all the time, fevers too . :( Sometimes it disappears for a week or so…

doctors have only said to get over the counter stuff. I never thought too much about it because the supposed allergies were bothering my life alot more. now i'm thinking they could be related but have a hospital appointment for that, so I will ask then.

Pizza hut do low calorie pizzas... Well they do in the UK anyway They are less 500 calories but I guess it isn't the same as regular yummy pizza :'(
