You can count me in. I'm also trying to loose a pound a week. It felt so stressful and hard any higher than that and actually without the stress I am eating much better.

25 happily still have to use my id and no kids yet or on the horizon.

No side affects, but it just makes me crave real sugar. I'd rather just have flat non diet drinks or have tea without sugar at all.

I'm with you, I gained a stone and a half over a year and a half at my current job. Now hardly anything I have fits. I'm a right grazer at work, constantly grazing on everything and yes I genuinely feel hungry when I do this.
