Thanks all, I was able to change it manually and I set it at 60g a day...we will see how that goes. I know too much will just turn to fat but right now I think that amount sounds better than the 45 recommended. :flowerforyou:

the way I understand it is that this calorie tracker is set at 1200 and is the bare minimum you need to function and still lose weight, when you add exercise to that, you 'earn' calories to make sure you still consume the 1200 as to not end up in starvation mode, for example, a day with no exercise you would consume your…

it could be that you werent hydrated enough, and as the week went on and you were getting back into exercising you started consuming more fluids? not sweating is an indicator that you dont have enough water in your system. Good job on getting back into it too!!!
