anyone out there ever tried the wonderslim shakes/pudding? or entrees? Ordered a box to try and they arent bad, and for 100 calories so far seem quite filling... any one else tried it? were you successful with losing weight?

HMR shakes and diet?
Has anyone had any experiences with this? a nurse at my job says a hospital recommended this to her and she lost 19 pounds on these shakes. Just wondered what others had experienced or if they had tried the shakes and meals?

calorie staggering
Can someone explain to me how this works? is it similar to setting my calorie goal to 1200 one day and 1400 the next? if I staggered my calories 1000 one day and 1400 the next will that still work since my body doesnt have enough time to go into 'starvation' mode?

Are you kidding me?!
I have been on MFP for over 2 weeks now, been very diligent about eating as close to my 1200 cals a day as I can, always eating back my exercsie cals, drinking water, eating breakfast, I have no health issues, no thyroid issues....and yet I have not lost one stinking ounce!! This is so frustrating. I know some will say…

what about the good fat?
every day I eat almost all my daily items with little to no fat, but occasionally I will eat some of the healthy 'fat' such as in pecans...it always sends me over my fat limit for the day I freak out, but isnt some fat good for you??

I am trying to decide if I should invest in a pair of 'minimalist' running shoes...although the research is growing in support of this due to the different and natural way you land on your foot, I was wondering if those who own them can give some testimonials good or bad about them and how far are people actually running…

daily protein intake
I am finding that I am always going over my protein intake each day, but I am running 3-4 times a wekk, doing yoga and weight training...anyone else have this issue? I am not eating meat all day either, I just choose things like low fat yogurt and milk... thanks

Flying pig half marathon?
I am new on here, been running for a few years....I am in the middle of training for the Flying Pig half marathon on May 1st...was wondering if anyone else out there was running that so we could support each others training efforts.
