every day I eat almost all my daily items with little to no fat, but occasionally I will eat some of the healthy 'fat' such as in pecans...it always sends me over my fat limit for the day I freak out, but isnt some fat good for you??

yes, definitely. Some good fats can be found in fish, in avocadoes, in nuts, in olive oil, etc. Plant-based sources.

The fats that are worse for your health come from animal sources, that's where trans fats come from, and the fewer trans fats you consume, the better.

(Don't get me wrong, I'm not a veg)

Yes! Not only are they good for you but they are ESSENTIAL! That's why they are called Essential Fatty Acids (EFA's). Eat some daily!

You can track not only your total fat, but also your saturated and/or trans fats as well. Click on Food, click on Settings and under one of the 5 drop-down menus under Nutrients Tracked, select Saturated Fat.

I LOVE this quote "This week I want to find my limits. Next week I want to surpass them." I'm borrowing it! Thanks.

so I could potentially just track the amount of good fat versus the bad and have a more accurate reflection? I hate that the total fat makes it look like I was a hog if I had one serving of good nuts or avacado etc...
