I'm game! I'm going to do abs 4 times a week now! I have a family cruise in less than three weeks!! Just like every other muscle, the core needs a break between workouts, which is why I'm doing every other day. I plan on doing 8 minute and and Chris freytags core workout (free ondemand!) I was so bored today.. When I got up I was aiming for the kitchen but instead steered the opposite direction. I called my dog and shouted "want to go for a walk?!" couldn't get his hopes high and disappoint him..so I grabbed the leash and off we went
