To be brutually honest, the reason I have bought a whey powder is because everyone seems to be taking shakeology. I do Insanity workouts but can not afford the ridiculous price of Shakeology. I think the calories burnt were definitely wrong...it was mfp calculations that I went off but I was only eating 1200 so surely i couldnt eat any less????

The profile pic is me after i did 3o day shred and ripped in30 but Id say my stomach is like that now. I never carry weight on my stomach tho..its all on the bum and thighs :-P

Do you think that's why then? I honestly couldnt have worked out more than I did so it wasnt that it was due to lack of effort! I run 8-1o miles too so i am a fit person. I just dont understand whats gone wrong

Ive just finished Insanity and am really disappointed with my results. I only lost 1 lb and my body fat and muscle mass stayed exactly the same. I really dont know why. I hammered it every day and ate between 1200-1600 calories a day (eating back my exercise calories). I am so confused as to what went wrong.

Me! I'm just on the core cardio recovery week..I like this one! ha..probably because Im getting a bit of rest. Im not really looking forward to Saturday though...fit test AND Max Intreval training??? 2 to do! What?! Think that might be a killer. How was it????

I started it on saturday and boy was it harder than i expected. Here are my fitness test scores 60 (120 if i count each leg???) 47 67 32 8 17 26 61 I don;t know if these show I am mega unfit or not! lol To be honest, Im missing using weights as previously i have done 30 day shred and ripped in 30!

well folks.....Ive started it! Did the fitness test yesterday and boy was that hard! Just finished the first workout and I am amazed at how much I sweated! Im already feeling a bit stiff....Im looking forward to tomorrow and wondering what it will bring!

ah thanks for that! I wondered how it all worked. Ive messaged her and shes getting me copies of it all and copying it for me tomorrow. Aiming to start it as soon as she gives it me. Someone else i know has just started it and said the fitness test nearly killed her! This scares me a lot!

Well I've just read all the above posts and I just wanted to say that I think you're doing a great job! You have made big changes and you are managing to do so on a budget. It's hard work, I know, as fruit and veg and all the other really healthy nutritious foods are expensive and sometimes ya just can't get them. You know…
