what now..after RI30??
Ive done 30 day shred and have just completed RI30 so what do I do now??? I love the fact that the workouts are only short so I can fit it in with working full time and being a busy mum so would like to do something similar. What do you think???

RI30 level 2 has nearly killed me :-( help
Well ive just done my first day of level 2 and i nearly died. It is so much harder than level 1. I found the strength exerxcises ok but the cardio finished me off! Im really disheartened as i was doing so well on level 1! Anyone else find it hard???? Alos what do u log RI30 as on here in your exercise please???

Hey all, Just wondered what weights people are using for RI30?? Also, should i do it 6 days a week and have a rest day? Im on day 5 on the first level now and my knees are hurting like hell so think a rest day is in order. What do you guys think??? Thanks

PLease can anyone help? Ive just recnetly ahd my body fat and other measurements taken but not fully explained. My body fat is 15.3%...is this good?? Also my body water reading was 60%??????
