Im really disheartened as i was doing so well on level 1! Anyone else find it hard???? Alos what do u log RI30 as on here in your exercise please???

I hated week 2!! But it will make you so much stronger and you will feel great when you finish it. BTW Week 3 and 4 are a bit easier and a lot of fun. When I finished RI30 I went back and did each of the levels just to see if I really was stronger and level 2 was so much easier I couldn't believe that just 2 weeks before i had so much trouble. Stick with it! It's a great program.

I logged it as Circuit Training.

Wow! The cardio left me wanting more. Well, actually the whole DVD, but it's a good warm-up for me. When I did RI30 I wore an HRM and created an exercise in the database. If you don't have one maybe you could log it under circuit or interval training.
  • oh thank you so much for taking the time to reply. I really appreciate it and what you said has lifted me a little. I thought it was just me! I will stick at it and im glad that wk 3 and 4 are better. I was dreading those thinking they would be even harder! I was logging it as circuit training but 30 mins which i think is wrong. I ll change that to 20 mins. Thanks again xxx
  • A good warm up??? You sure know how to kick someone when theyre down :-([

Haha! So far it hasn't happened yet. Good luck with RI30!
Btw I wasn't trying to kick you while you're down. :flowerforyou:

I just finished Ripped in 30 last Saturday. I thought I was going to die on every level, every day. Stick with it, you will love the results. I also wore a HRM so I logged it as Ripped in 30 but I've seen others log it as circut training as well. Good luck! Stick with it. You'll be glad you did.

I have done week 1 and then life got in the way and it's been about a week away, so I think I'd better do week 1 a few more times before I progress. But anway... I counted 30 min every time - not including cool down. And hello... It's JM! She's crazy. Stick with it and you'll be strong enough to do level 2 in no time. Keep up the awesome work!

Keep going....it will get better!I'm the living proof!
I actually did Level 1 once at the beginning and then started Level 2 straight away(only because someone deleted level1 so i was stuck with level 2).
And it was hard,...and it hurt...and i didn't do it the next day as i was too sore, but made myself do it the following day and the following day after that...and so on...and it was worth it.
You just need to take it slow,do the beginner version until you get stronger and if you feel like dying just do it on your own pace, slow down, but keep your posture perfect or nearly perfect and one day when you feel braver try some advanced moves that you think you can do and believe me you will(I couldn't hold plank for 10 seconds, but now i can do it for 2 minutes-it might not seem a lot to some people, but for me its something i wasn't able to do ever).
You can do it!Its only 20 minutes of intensive work!Keep telling yourself that when you feel like giving up!
