Well I don't have any tips, but I have the little "b" problem. I lost some weight and my boobs shrunk, but my tummy has not!!! :sad: It sucks! Thank God for spanx.... :wink:

It will depend if you had a c-section or vaginally delivery and if you had significant tears...you should ask you physician to be certain. You do NOT want to have a surgical complication or pop sutures you thought were healed.

Exercise is always good, but do be aware that it may make it difficult to sleep if you do it within a few hours of bedtime. I'm a 10p bedtime person, so 8p doesn't work. However, if I'm feeling stress or pumped up I go for it anyway--I love 24hr gyms.
