Just stick to your healthy habits. Don't give up! It's going to be very hard, but continue to reach out the your mfp, read about fitness and health, work out when you are bored or upset and just channel your energy to the new healthy you! you deserve it!

Agreed, weight loss with just diet change is possible. In my opinion exercise is more for fitness and overall health. Diet is about weight loss and maintenance.

I use Polar ft4. I believe polar is more accurate based on my experience. Using the polar I am better able to predict my wight loss results vs mfp predictions. Hope that helps

No, I will eat my calories back when I'm in maintence, but not during the weight loss process

I also find it helpful to read stuff about health and fitness. It keeps me interested and I find helpful hints. You can do it! :smile:

Change is a process. For some it starts with just making the caloric limits, but then they progress to looking at the actual nutrition. I was one of those ppl.
