I agree. So ppl have success eating back calories, but I didn't. I lost inches, clothes fit better, but didn't lose any weight. I now either don't eat back my exercise calories or just eat back some of them and I can still lose.

definately water weight. don't sweat it just watch ur calories and sodium.

it can take a while. make sure you are sticking to your suggested calories and sometime you do have to modify that based on your physical activity. make sure you are eating nutritious food. you can eat 1500 calories of crap or 1500 calories of a well balanced diet. You could try the chicken caesar salad without the dressing. Or you could get the grilled chicken dinner with veggies, no starch (skip the potato or rice options)--ask for veggiesx2 instead

Each person is a little different. Try something in the middle like 1800. Stick with that for 2 weeks and see how it works. I know the calculated mfp calories didn't work for me so I had to modify it
