I don't get home from work until late, so I have a snack before I leave work...then change and go to the gym after work. If I put my butt on the couch, I'm done and won't make it to the gym. I hope you find a routine that works for you so you can stick with it! :happy:

Ditto...exactly! I'm 5'9", or so the doc's office says, but people will argue with me that I must be taller than that and God forbid I throw heels on. It is a luxury to find pants long enough that I can wear heels...so I do, but not often. It isn't like I asked to be this tall, but now we should be punished and not allowed…

I think there are two questions...one about losing weight vs. boosting metabolism. I honestly can't say that I've cut out processed foods BUT I can say that I have lost 40 pounds since December. Feel free to add me if you want to take a look at my diary.

Isn't it all personal preference? Two people aren't going to want or desire the exact same traits in their mate as the other person. And it isn't JUST the physical traits either...in my opinion. :wink:
