Don't begrudge yourself. Instead of saying, "I'm not eating ANY junk, allow yourself to have something here or there. Just make sure you allot for it & don't binge. For instance, I like to drink Big Red everyday. Now, I allow mysef 2 or 3 a week. BIG difference!!!
