  • I'll add you. I try to stay under 1200 a day. You just have to make smart food choices. I tend to have a 200 cal breakfast, than a 100 call snack, a 200-300 cal lunch, a 100 cal snack and the remaining cals for dinner. It is not always easy but it is do-able.

  • I have been exercising and dieting everyday for 23 days. I feel really good, but when i get on the scale it is a little dissappointing. I have lost only about 4 lbs. I thought it would be more.Is that about right or i am i doing something wrong? i know it takes time to lose weight, but is it really going to take this long?…

  • I am struggling to get rid of my baby bellly. The sad part is that my son is not a baby any more, yet I still have the belly. I can't stand it. Does any one know of a way to get my stomach flat again?? I really need help. I am tired of trying to hide the bulge. Thanks!!!:ohwell:
