  • Hi, Annie! I am Christina. I, too, am 40. I live in NB, but I am from NS. And I could have written what you just did word for word, almost! Here if you ever want to chat!
  • Hi, all. This thread looks perfect for someone like me. Depression, anxiety, ADD, OCD, all mean that long-term goals don't work very well. Right now I am sick, have been for almost a week now; but I wanted to post so can find the thread tomorrow. Have a great night, everyone!
  • I just started doing this recently because I work overnights and found the daily goal just wasn't working for me. Keeping track of it weekly (on a spreadsheet) works so much better for me. But everyone is different. :)
  • Nobody is willing to play? Well, boo on you. :p
  • Born & raised in NS. Currently in MB. Moving to PEI in June. :)

  • I really struggled with this. I work Tuesday night to Saturday night, off Sunday & Monday night. I start my counting on Tuesday night for Wednesday's calories when I wake up to start my week and end my day when I go to bed on Wednesday. Saturday/Sunday/Monday are a little different. I go to work at 11:30pm Saturday night…

  • I buy Nescafe French Vanilla coffee and add 1 sugar twin. I love it!
  • I've been considering going vegetarian. I really don't eat a lot of meat, anyway. But...I LOVE LOVE LOVE my seafood, cheese, yogurt, and eggs. I'm not sure I could give those up.
  • I'm really loving this season so far! There seems to be more suspense and, "what's going to happen next?" tension for me. I'm glad Hershel's ok, but something tells me he's not quite out of the woods, yet. Is it wrong to hope that Lori dies in childbirth? lol As for the crazy guy...oh my goddess, did I ever jump when he…
  • I am curious, because I haven't been diagnosed, yet. What is the procedure for diagnosis? Also, what tipped you off to the fact that you might be ADD/ADHD?
  • *waves* I have not been officially diagnosed, yet. But it was brought to my attention that a diagnosis will be forthcoming while we were dealing with my son's issues - he was diagnosed about a month ago.

  • I have a 16oz bottle. I drink one with each meal - that's 6 glasses right there. Then I drink a minimum of 2-4 glasses while working out, and at least one more bottle (2 glasses in between meals). If you keep the bottle on hand all day, it's actually a lot easier than one might think. Also, if you add lemon, lime,…
