My husband doesn't care about his health. He is 360lbs and won't do anything about it no matter how much I ask him to. I know he has to want to do it for himself, but I just don't want him dropping dead from a heart attack. It's sad, scary, and frustrating. I'm hoping seeing me doing it will make him want to, as well.

You're definitely not alone! My ADD not only affects my exercise but my eating, too. I have a hard time focusing on any one thing and get sidetracked so super easily that I "forget" to eat and/or workout. It's maddening! :(
