Barbell/weights, dumbbells (8, 10, 12 and 15), step, couple different boxes for box jumps and a stability ball.

Exactly this. Then turning 21.. drinking even more...

For a lot of women, the stomach is the first place we gain weight and the last place we lose from. Sounds like you might fall into this category.

Same. I usually decide what I'm gonna do for dinner once I get home from work, so I pre-log breakfast, lunch and snacks either first thing in the morning or the night before.
-
This. What about looking up some crock pot recipes as well? You won't have to do anything but walk in the door and grab a plate.
-
It's not going to be permanent, but I can't say I haven't wanted to do the same before. I usually eat a low sodium and low carb diet that week. Drink a ton of water and try to eat as much fresh food and lean meats as possible. Edited to add: this is a short term fix. Want to look your best in a bikini in a week .. kind of…

I've brought my tablet to the gym before and loaded it with a movie or show I wanted to watch while I was running. I know it's not exactly the same thing, but it helped to keep my mind of the long run.

I log them, but honestly I'm not super specific. I just sort of guestimate what is a "medium" apple for example. I think I tend to over-estimate the amount I'm eating so it's usually not an issue.

595 calories seems like a lot for a walk, especially if you don't have much to lose (which it looks like you don't). I burn about 100 calories per mile I run.. if that gives you some perspective. I'm not sure how you could go about calibrating your HRM though. Are you wearing it correctly? Could that be an issue?

I don't comment on those kind of posts nor do I typically accept friend requests from people like that. it's hard to watch someone starve themself and over-do it at the gym in an effort to lose weight faster.
-
Today I'm having a pear chobani with walnuts, almonds and dried cranberries mixed in. Other typical breakfasts include protein shakes (fruit, vanilla greek yogurt, milk and protein powder, eggs with cheese and bacon (and sometimes toast) and a banana with peanut butter.

In my experience, men want to help/fix things. If you want to ***** about being fat but do nothing- do it to your mom or a girlfriend. If you actually want help losing the weight, ask your boyfriend. It really doesn't sound like he is trying to be malicious or hurtful at all. He see's you're unhappy and you complain about…

^This. And honestly, most people are watching their form in the mirror or trying to concentrate on the moves/the instructor. Don't be embarassed at all. The more you go, the better you'll get :D

^^This. Watching what you eat and counting calories are two entirely separate things. You can fit beer and those other things into your day, but you need to plan around them and make them fit into your allotted calories. If you really want to lose weight- calulate your TDEE, eat 20% less than that and log EVERY SINGLE…

Depending on what you're doing.. I went to a similar type of body pump class and I logged it as circuit training.
-
Opening your diary would be helpful- so we could take a look at what you're eating.
-
Of course it matters how many calories you eat. You need to NET 1200 meaning if you work out, you need to eat those calories back. You can lose on a lot more than 1200, why don't you try figuring out your BMR and TDEE?

If he ignores you the more you lose, I have to wonder if he's feeling insecure about you losing weight. He probably feels a little threatened that other men are noticing/commenting on your weight loss. Have you tried talking to him about it?

Wow! You both look great! Congratulations!

I used to do crossfit and I noticed major changes within 4-6 weeks.

Maybe not the healthiest route, but I use the crystal light liquid. It has 0 calories and they're really good! I do sometimes use lemon, but at work I just keep a few of the crystal light drops in my desk.

Honestly, I think doing stuff ike fasting is probably part of the reason you are yo-yo ing. Starving yourself is probably going to lead you to a binge later. Reducing calories from your TDEE and exercising is going to help you a lot more in the long run. Does it take longer to come off? Absolutely. But it's a lot easier to…

Could you try just buying a few things cheap to hold you over for a few months? Old navy, target, walmart? Maybe check the clearance section of NY&co or the limited for a couple pairs of pants? Does anything from your old wardrobe fit? How about dresses? Great progress by the way :)

Here is a quick review of why they are beneficial http://www.nuts.com/cookingbaking/chia-seeds/premium.html I mostly use them for omega-3, but they do help me stay full longer which is great b/c I don't usually have time to snack b/t breakfast and lunch.
-
I'm currently doing it, but I'm mixing it in with the new rules of lifting for women heavy lifting program.. so I only end up doing insanity 2-3x per week.
-
I also make a smoothie for breakfast every morning. I typically use something along the lines of this: 1 cup of milk (2% usually) 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt 1 serving of vanilla protein powder 1 tablespoon chia seeds That is my typical base, then I add in whatever fruit I feel like. Today I picked blueberries and…
