You look awesome! There are always bad days or days where you mess up, but keep going. Look at all the progress you've made so far, you can do this!

I think about 8-12 weeks or so of being really consistent and losing around 5-8 pounds. It is also really helpful to take pictures every month or so in the same positions. I noticed differences in my pictures but wasn't noticing them when I looked in the mirror.

I made it to my crossfit class. 3 days in a row so now I get a well deserved rest day tomorrow :)

I never eat breakfast except on weekends when I can make a big fancy one. I drink a cup of coffee and wait until lunch. I'm not hungry in the morning but I am hungry after my workout until bed. It makes sense for me to keep my calories saved up for the time I'm hungry instead of forcing myself to eat in the am.

^ this. Mine is my muffin top area. I gain weight there first and lose it last. Just stick with it!

By burnt out I just mean, how are you going to keep doing those workouts? You're going to add 20 squats until every other day getting up to how many reps? 500? 600? Honestly, there are better workouts for free on the internet that you can change up the muscle groups you're working. Also, if you're eating less than 1100…

You're accountable for you. You can't expect other people to keep you motivated.
-
Find an activity you love to do then create or join a group/gym. Yoga, Crossfit, running, dog walking, hiking. Having the motivation of being active with other people always helps me to not skip. Also, the other people help you hold yourself accountable, don't want to let anyone down by not showing.

If you're not trying to lose weight, there is absolutely 0 reason you should be eating 1200 calories. Even if you are trying to lose weight, that is not enough. If you're unhappy with your physical appearance, I would suggest weight lifting. Also, get a boyfriend who appreciates you and doesn't make you feel like this.

I have acid reflux and have to be careful with a few things, but overall it hasn't been too much of an issue. Since I started eating pretty clean, I've found that having my trigger foods in small doses no longer bothers me much.
-
I wouldn't say I cheat, but I am not careful with calories a lot of time. I don't measure out my 2 tablespoons of sour cream but I think "meh, it's only 30 calories per tblspn so whatever." I measure out big things, but fruit and veggies I just eyeball and pick a guessed entry for MFP. Luckily I work out and never log it…

I gained about 7 lbs, but I also had a foot surgery that left me on bed rest for 3 weeks and crutches for 3 more. Wasn't approved for exercise until 4/1. I feel like 7 lbs isn't too bad lol.
-
You can add me :) I was maintaining for years but had a foot surgery in December and just started getting back into this again.

Check out fitness blender on youtube. They have a ton of no equipment workouts that are awesome. Also zuzka light is great as well. You're going to get burnt out on the workout you're doing. The Youtube channels I referenced use tons of different bodyweight exercises. Also, you need to eat more than 1100 calories…

I don't have too much of an issue sticking to my calories. My fitness goals are more important than a square of chocolate or some chips. I usually make myself a tea and make a "dessert." Usually I'll melt down a quest bar a little and put some cookie butter on it. I make it work with my calories for the day.
-
I would get the number out of your head (2 lbs per week) and decrease the calories by 20% instead. 1320 calories is way too low for someone working out 6 days a week.
-
I typically weigh in every Friday morning but only record my weight once a month.

Welcome! I also love reddit :) You can lose weight without exercise. If your ankles are really bothering you, focus on your diet for now and start walking once you've lost a bit of weight and can walk more comfortably. I'm on here pretty regularly, so please feel free to add me as a friend!
-
This is so awesome! You should be so proud :) You look fabulous!
-
Yep. You can't force people to eat the way you do or exercise. Worry about your own weight and hopefully they will want to follow some day.
-
If your ultimate goal is weight loss, you need to be counting calories. You aren't going to out exercise over eating your daily allotment of calories.
-
I started weight lifting by buying the new rules of lifting for women and did that 3 days a week. I then did 20 minute HIIT workouts 2 days a week.
-
Same
-
I agree, that's why I don't do an hour of cardio. I stick to lifting and HIIT workouts of 20 minutes or less.
-
Usually new workout clothes or gym shoes. I'm addicted to lululemon, so any excuse to let myself spend $90 on a pair of pants haha
-
It's all about deciding that your weight loss goals are more important than your excuses. Catered lunches are awesome and you can still eat the same things as your coworkers, but you need to get in control of your calories. If you boss brings pizza in have a slice and a large salad. Look up IIFYM and start counting…

My motivation was myself. I was honestly so unhappy with myself/my body. I started avoiding certain events b/c I didn't want people to see me in a swimsuit or some other outfit I was uncomfortable in (aka EVERYTHING). I just wanted to feel happy and confident in my own skin.
-
This is awesome! Congratulations!!
-
LOL that is awesome!!

I kept them for awhile until I could slowly build up a new collection of the smaller sizes, then I eventually just ended up phasing those items out.
