  • How's everybody doing? I'm doing ok. Not on target but not too far off either.
  • I was wondering the same thing? My doctor gave me two prescriptions for it. One for the free 15 day supply ( you download the coupon from the belviq website and bring it to the pharmacy) And a script for a 30 day supply. KMhouston17- hows it going with belviq? Any side effects so far?
  • My husband recently took a video of me singing along to one of my favorite songs. When I saw it my heart hit the floor ( along with my jaw ) I said "omg, when did i get so FAT?" so that was the final straw for me. Oh and the fact that all the cute clothes I wanna wear and not in plus size. BOOOOOoooo
  • Great job! Your doing awesome I'm starting today too. Not the first time I've started again but I figure if I keep trying I will get this right. :-) Good luck to everybody

  • Hello PerlaRubi2013, First off, congrats on your success thus far! Thats awesome! And the 20 pounds you gained will come flying off once you get back on track. I too am desperate for needing to get back on track but I just can't seem to start. I'm 5'3 and weigh close to 240. I weighed 164 about 4 years ago so I've gained…
  • I'm in the same boat. Back in April/May of this year I lost 15 lbs and even though I refuse to step on the scale I'm pretty sure I have gained it all back. My jeans are as loose as they were and my eating has been bad. I agree with an above poster, If we did it before - we can do it again!! Feel free to add me as a friend!

It's nice to meet everybody!! I want to lose a total of about 60lbs. I just recently lost 15 pounds before falling off the wagon after…

  • Thank you all for your support words. <3
  • I was diagnosed with asthma when I was 13, I was overweight then. I lost weight when I was a teenager (16/17) and my asthma improved. After the birth of my first child my weight was up again and I noticed my asthma was worse . Then again, I lost weight and I no longer needed my preventative or rescue inhaler. So to answer…
  • Just don't do what I did a few years ago - buy bigger pants
  • Congratulations =-) I remember you on the 'black team' biggest loser challenge back in 2008/2009. (My user Id then was punka274) Your an inspiration and ^5's on your success!!

  • Hello I've had the total gym platinum plus for about 5 weeks now ( love it) and I log the calories under cardiovascular 'strength training'. I've read on here that a lot of the total gym users do this as well. Or you could buy a heart rate monitor for more accurate results =)
  • On day 46 here, I'm also looking for supportive, encouraging MFP friends that log everyday :) Feel free to add me ( anyone )
  • I have struggled with anxiety and depression since my teenage years (35 now) and I know how hard it is to try to lift yourself out of it. My journey is similar to yours, I feel off the wagon about two years ago and gained back some weight that I had lost ( lost 112lbs back in 05') but I know in my heart that I can do this.…
