I was on tri-sprintec for YEARS. it was only $9 at Target/ Walmart without insurance. I'm now on Junel FE, which is also working well. Continued to lose weight, no acne issues, etc. I am a bit more depressed than usual, but I doubt that's a BC thing and more of a life thing :flowerforyou:

I know you don't like cosignment but you're going to get the best bang for your buck. Just yesterday I bought a pair of Banana Republic Martin Fit pants- normally $90, got them for $12. You can't beat that. Otherwise, shop at Oldnavy, especially only where they have more sizes. You can return for free at the store.

I love Think Thin protein bars. They're 230-250 cals, but 20g of protein if you get the high protein ones. And they're delicious, and you can get them cheaper than Quest bars at Walmart and Target

I'm 5'8, 178 and a size 12 but a baggy 12. Not small enough for a 10 yet.

A week doesn't really count as a plateau. 5 pounds a week is very extreme, most people do less than that in a month.

Mine went through a phase where it did that on my iPhone 5S. It fixed itself.

It took me about 4 months to lose 20 pounds, i'm 5'7 and weigh 178 currently (started at 200)

I'm up at 4, get ready and make coffee which I drink on the way to the gym, I get there around 4:30 (I'm slow moving in the morning heh)
