Yeah that bacon is terrible. All pre-cooked bacon is IMO. It's best to just fry/bake/however you like it all at once and stick in the fridge and microwave a few slices when needed. That's what I do.

Depends on the person. I like to eat 3 meals, my smallest being breakfast and dinner, and largest being lunch.
-
I got tired of going to the back of the rack or bottom on the pile for clothes.

I only weigh once a month, and not during my period lol. I still work out, it actually helps me. I just take a Midol beforehand. Cravings, I pick and choose. Most of the time my cravings come the week before. But like today I just started, and I have peanut butter M&Ms at home, so I fit them into my day macro and calorie…

A 44oz $.79 ice cold Diet Coke is the only thing that gets me through that 2pm slump at work.

People love it, but when I do it, it's all arms and *kitten* everywhere.

shredded pork loin with sweet baby rays, brown rice, a salad, and cottage cheese.

Yeah, this. I've hit a bit of a plateau/slight gain but I've begun lifting so I'm not too concerned (right now lol). But it's just something I've always heard and wondered if there was any science to back it.

I personally perform better on fasted cardio, but sometimes I do wake up very hangry, so I'll have a spoonful of peanut butter or a banana.

What is this even about, I thought we were all just having happy bread thoughts.
-
I don't think any restrictive diet is the answer.

I ate 4 hot pockets last night, haven't pooped since, I'm growing concerned.
-
I love bread. I like wraps more though.

The "problem" with a keto diet is that people who start then usually have a woosh of weight loss when they first start, so then they're not losing 2 pounds a day everyone freaks out. The less you have to lose, the less quickly you're going to lose it. Try a carb day to break a stall. I've heard people doing that.
-
2-4PM at work. It's like a slow time, I'm getting distracted of whatever I'm doing at work. Ready to snack.
-
How long have you stalled? Stalls are completely normal.
-
Of course, there's tons of things to do at home. Pushups, workout DVDs or a Daily Burn subscription, chair exercises. Limitless, really.
-
I just started going in there, creeped on people to see what they were doing, and then mimicked them. I would watch from the elliptical lol. There's many times I'm the only girl in that section but it's not like all the guys hang out and I'm a loner. Everyone keeps to themselves. I've asked people for help and they were…

I prefer fasted cardio, but see what works for you.

I have a One. I like it better than the ones worn on the wrist because I don't really care for things on my wrists when I'm at work.

No changes, but I am on a hormonal BC pill.

Thanks everyone. I could definitely do separate days. I know it's a learning experience and I should try stuff. I went from 200-173 in about a year, I tried a low-carb diet to break a stall and gained 10 pounds back. Now I'm sitting at 178 but I would like to focus more on weights. I'd like to have some definition. I'm…

Have you been measuring? Losing inches but not pounds can happen.
-
Whenever I mess around with a kettlebell at home, I add in jumping rope!

I'm going to walk to the post office instead of drive on my lunch break. It's about 3 miles round trip.

Welcome back!
-
Today I will 4/8... -stick to my allotted 2 beers that i already have tracked -not bake anything after work
-
I eat a snack on my way home from work, then eat dinner around 7. After cleanup and getting ready for bed, I'm usually asleep by 9 (i like to sleep lol). It helps me not snack at night.
