About 140 or so, I'm a 32 DD and wear a size 6. I am not losing weight but I am losing inches. I'm eating about 1600, and I eat back half my long run calories or at least the calories the Garmin says I burn on the long run.

I go to my Y too. I love it! It's clean, parking is good and it's reasonably priced. At first I was just warm up, lift and get out, no classes, pool or trainer. Now I take boot camp, and considering swim lessons, and have a trainer!! Things change, lol.

It was an example, and I am an 80/20 proponent, but I stand by the concept of whole foods being more nourishing than junk food.

OP I know this thread, I LIVED this thread :D :D They are right. Weigh your food. It makes a huge difference. And eat the real bacon if you can. It's worth every calorie

I am lower carb. I find it works--for me--because I think about what I put in my mouth as opposed to eating, say, the donuts on the office break table
