Most tattoo shops will have one of the artists draw up ideas for you. If you know where you're going to get the tattoo done at they can have a session where you talk to them about what you want and they draw it up. Contact the parlor and/or who you know the tattoo artist is going to be.

The 100 Calorie packs are always good if you're in a hurry. Laughing Cow Cheese or hummus and Kashi Pita Chips are a fave of mine although they may be over your calorie goal. I'm a big fan of Fruit Leather Strips, you can find them in any major grocery store and they're easier then carrying an apple around in your purse.

I would recommend a digital scale. The scales that you find in a doctor's office are calibrated often, while digital scales tend to be more reliable and precise. Weight Watchers has a scale for sale, although a little pricey, that can tell you your BMI and how much weight you've lost/gained since the last weigh in.
