I have asked 6 times now, how much fructose is too much. MrM27 asked about the chemicals. It's all fine and dandy to tell someone that too much fructose can cause negative health effects but if you can't tell someone how much is too much then the statement is useless. Will you ever answer? Or does that information not…

You haven't told me how many grams of fructose I can ingest. Those links didn't answer that.
-
Good god. Just answer the simple questions.
-
So's the other stuff. It contains proteins, carbohydrates and fats. All of which the body uses for energy and other metabolic processes. What a foolish, myopic thing to say.
-
There's nothing wrong with either. (allergies/food sensitivities withstanding)
-
He won't answer with specifics. He says fructose is bad but says that you don't have to completely avoid it. When asked how much is too much? *crickets When you ask what damaging materials? *crickets He's big on generalities but not on specifics.

To repeat myself for the 3rd or 4th time, limited to what? How much is too much? What is an acceptable number of grams for a 135lb female? Stop being general and get specific because generalized information is useless.

You want more stamina but you're perfectly fine sacrificing a large amount of muscle? Put me in the category of Wetcoaster. This rationale makes no sense. Let's say you did it and then fought in the bantam weight class. You're going to get destroyed every single time because those guys will be smaller but with far more…

Well, it sounds like he has an income, is over 18 and is going to go against your house rules so he can go ahead and support himself outside of your home.
-
not really.

I thought the same thing but then I noticed the immediate delivery of misinformation and just couldn't stop chuckling.

I'll post this here too since I don't know which of the two threads you posted today you are paying attention to. Okay, so I looked up Strava. It looks like most people are saying that it has a 50% margin of error. That's huge. So you're probably overestimating your cals burned by up to 50%. That's only part of the issue…

Okay, so I looked up Strava. It looks like most people are saying that it has a 50% margin of error. That's huge. So you're probably overestimating your cals burned by up to 50%. That's only part of the issue though, since even without exercise, you still only think you're eating 1200 calories. So you use a digital scale…

This was my thought exactly. I'm a heavy pronator. I have to buy shoes for it in addition to inserts or my knees and right behind my big toes will kill me and my shoes wear out in odd places a little sooner than you'd expect.

It's threads like these that make me realize how little I actually know about lifting. I've never arched but I'm sure as hell going to look into it and likely start doing it. Thanks, OP, for bringing this up. And thank you everyone else for the responses. *so much to learn, so much to learn*

Measure empty bottle. Measure full bottle. Spray out 20 quirts. Remeasure bottle. Subtract new weight from full weight. Divide that number by 20 and now you have a basic idea of how many calories.

Are we ever going to find out how much fruit I can eat before it hits toxic levels? I had some pineapple this morning, do I need to worry yet? How many g of fructose can I ingest before it becomes an issue? SOMEONE ANSWER THIS QUESTION BEFORE I EAT MYSELF INTO A DIRE SITUATION! LOUD NOISES!

If you log accurately and maintain a modest calorie deficit you will lose weight.
-
Depends on the accuracy of your non cheat day logging and how bad your cheat days truly are. Unless you have a legit medical reason, some sort of metabolic disorder, there is no way you are not losing weight based on the information you've provided. Weight loss will slow with massive deficits like you've been putting…
-
I missed the part about cheat days not being tracked. This is most likely your problem. What you need to do: Track everything. Maintain a modest deficit over the course of a week and you will lose weight. You are not in starvation mode. I'm glad you're going to net more calories. If you do, you might not have those binge…

Do you weigh your food?

Quote button, use it.
-
 Oh you.
-
First: The button at the bottom that says 'quote', use it so we know who you are replying to. Second: You need to NET at least 1200 calories. Third: You need to stop acting like you are towards people giving you advice.

Two year necro thread... hmmm.

Okay, allow them to atrophy. Stop doing exercises that work your core. I wouldn't recommend this but it's what you'd need to do to lose the muscle.
-
This.

Good question. Another question: Why are you doing something you loathe?
