I am currently doing W.W and enjoying it. I HATED the simple start tho...I HATED the planning...with Simple Start you are given lists of foods and you can eat any of them, not weigh them, etc...for me, it was too much planning...I lasted a day then switched to the Points Plus plan, where you count every food as a "point"…

Hope it's okay that I weigh in every 2 weeks...weighing weekly is such a mind game when it's that TOM, ovulating, etc etc.

Me too! Lost about 28 lbs last year and gonna weigh in tomorrow and damnit, get back on this band wagon AGAIN! It will be a life long struggle for me, and i guess as long as I keep coming back, then that's a good thing?

I can relate to this sooooo much...it's amazing how one (or two) spots can drive a person crazy! Mine are getting worse as I lose weight b/c it's flabby skin, hanging...with less fat in them...I would love to have the skin removed but then I am left with big scars...not sure which is worse?

If you happen to have a treat day, or meal or MEALS...DO NOT WEIGH yourself the next day. Give your self a few days of drinking TONS of water to flush all the sodium out. And stop weighing yourself daily!!!

Chinese food has so much sodium in it....I recommend don't ever weighing yourself after eating chinese food...or any high sodium food for that matter. Let it go, you are human, just get back on track and focus on today only...don't worry about tomorrow or even saturday's weigh in.

yes you're right. When I started back in Jan, I weighed 238 lbs, was nursing a baby and working out so was eating 1800-2000 cals and I lost 25 lbs! You are so right...I went back to my "setting" and I had it set for very active...which I am NOT. (i was when I initially started this back in Jan). Crap! So MFP has me at 1500 cals a day...which is BRUTAL cause I am hungry on my 1700! Guess I had better get to the gym so I can eat more!!!

I am not too sure what I want my goal weight to be at this point...since this past jan, I have lost 25 lbs. I would love to lose another 30 for sure....and even more...but If I can get down to the 180's my body looks very healthy at that weight and I feel great.

This is all water retention. Start over, drink tons of fluids (i also drink LOTS of green tea to flush out my system). don't let it stop you from keeping on! You can do this
