  • yes I was totally baffled when my goal came out to 1600 calories a day, Im like uh, is that healthy? But then as I understand it, its calculated by projecting the exercise you plan to be doing and you need to eat your goal calories and the calories you burn thru exercise. I hope so anyhow!:huh:
