walmart frozen salmon. about 4 oz each filet. 100 cal each. bake in cast iron pan @ 350 or 400, maybe 5 min. boil up 1/2 lb spinach (or broccoli, or brussel sprouts or green beans, etc....) to go with. 152 cal. total. enough left over for some butter on the vegie.

exercise calories on mfp seem much higher than those given on various crosstraining machines at the local gym. i use the gym numbers. still gives me a bonus of 350+ calories daily.
