Is eating more working better than when you were eating 900 calories a day and doing a ton of cardio? By the way, congrats on the progess you look great :)

I think so, usually I sleep 8 hours but today I slept 10 and a half
-
No, I barely have any sodium at all and I drink 8-9 cups or water a day

Clothes looking better and feeling more confident in a bikini :)

Literally exactly what I've been thinking! Like this website is for people to get support and have their questions answered and people on here can be so incredibly rude for no reason. If they don't like the question why do they even answer it and why are they even on here if they're gonna make people feel stupid for asking…

Best- arms Worst- looks on the older side

That's really impressive! Congrats :) You work out 8-10 times a week? So everyday and two times a day sometimes? Wow huge jump from when you never worked out!
-
That's not too bad at all! Have a great day too :)
-
I'm sure there's hundreds more people that ate as much as we did last night :) I'll probably try to do the same!

It's thin whole wheat bread, you need some carbs in your diet, I'm not concerned
-
My relationship with food and exercise is good but we all mess up sometimes, keep pretending like you've never messed up on your diet. I'm just trying to get back on track

Believe it or not, it's about more than calories. Obviously I know it's a good, maybe even low amount of calories. Nutrition is about the quality of the food you eat too. I could be eating cake all day but still fit within my calories and you're saying asking if that's a cheat meal would be stupid too? I was more curious…

Okay I just started this whole dieting thing like two weeks ago, it's not attention seeking. I want to be 100% sure that I'm not doing something wrong so I can get the best results I can. What's with everyone being such *kitten*? It was just a question. If you found it stupid or attention seeking than don't press on it,…

Well I am thankful for all the nice and helpful answers and I would have been thankful for her answer too if she didn't add "get a grip" which isn't really a nice thing to say to someone whose here looking for advice. If she needs to be rude in order to give advice than why be on here giving advice at all? Bye "sweetie"

No need to be rude, I was just wondering considering cereal has a lot of sugar and I usually eat organic or extremely clean. You should get a grip and learn to keep your rude comments to yourself or just don't answer at all. I've seen you on other questions and you're rude to everyone so I won't take it to heart

I wouldn't really call this a success story but I'll answer anyways I eat 1200-1400 calories a day and I run/walk/sprint on the treadmill for around 25 minutes or two miles and I use the elliptical for 25 minutes or do two miles also, both everyday. Ontop of that I started doing strength training too just recently and I…

Aw congrats! That is seriously so amazing good job :)

No that's not bad at all! I don't know where you heard that because it probably isn't true, i do the same thing everyday at the gym except run faster or longer every week but I still use the same machine everyday!

Like the other person said, maybe it's genetics. Do you do squats? Because those can build muscle in legs if you do them enough. Running or jogging or the best exercise for legs so eventually they should get thinner :)
