Celebrating my first 15!! - Pics

OK, so in the grand scheme I'm looking to lose over 100+ but they say to enjoy milestones. So here is mine, IM DOWN 15 POUNDS IN 6 WEEKS!! Now, the weight is great but the inches off are better. Current stats plus beginning stats.
BEGINNING STATS:
Weight: 270
BMI: 45
Bust: 41
Waist: 43
Hips: 50
Upper Arm: 17.5
Thigh: 29
CURRENT STATS:
Weight: 255
BMI: 42.4
Bust: 37
Waist: 40
Hips: 48
Upper Arm: 16
Thigh: 25.5
Taken last April, but close to my beginning weight of 270... It was the heaviest I've ever been.
Taken this evening at my current stats.

Pliz share some of the things that have worked for you to get the weight off?
1. I do food journal and always aim for about a 100 calorie deficient. I know it's not a lot but it's my wiggle room for lazy days.
2. I don't deprave myself of anything... I just enjoy in moderation. If I want ice cream I have it but i'll have a cup not a bowl.
3. I found these awesome workouts on youtube.com that are 5-20 minutes long. I like them because by the time I'm over it they are done!! Short but intense and lots of variety as I get bored so easy. (XHIT <-- that is the subscription if anyone is interested)
4. This is the big one... I've changed my mindset on losing the weight. Before it was all about looks but now it's for health. I had my knee replaced and don't want to be laid up again for a year like that so I have to lose weight. Sure, I wanna look good too but the change in mindset has gotten me over my quit point and helps me get up and work out.0 -
