  • just got back from the gym and I am soooo happy that I did. Though, I do feel worn out and totally out of shape! I am glad that I went! I hate feeling sweaty and spent! I am glad that I went! I have to rush to get the kids from school and I don't have time for a shower. Yuck!!! BUT...I AM GLAD THAT I WENT!!! RIGHT???? LOL

  • I know that once I got on a regular cardio schedule, my periods skipped for a bit and then they became regular again. They lasted for fewer days and were shorter though. Hope this helps!

  • One thing that I kept saying to myself during my divorce-THE ONLY WAY OUT IS THROUGH! I hope it helps you the way it helped me. Divorces and exes are like gum stuck on the bottom of your shoe. So much residue but you can do it slowly but surely!! Take care!

  • Start with small realistic goals. Don't think about the end number you are aiming for! Pat yourself on the back when you hit those 5 pound goals...this whole thing works in baby steps so that's the mindset we need.
