You guys are amazing!!! Reading your posts and killing the time just browsing on these message boards has given me the ummmfff I need to get off my butt (as many of y'all have told me to do)!! I will be going to my spin class thanks to all of my new friends here. This site and all of you are a Godsend! It's nice to talk with people who truly understand my frustrations and successes! Thank you soooo much!!

Oh! And though I still have some time to kill before I have to leave for the gym, I plan on staying motivated by reading about all of YOU!

    just got back from the gym and I am soooo happy that I did. Though, I do feel worn out and totally out of shape! I am glad that I went! I hate feeling sweaty and spent! I am glad that I went! I have to rush to get the kids from school and I don't have time for a shower. Yuck!!! BUT...I AM GLAD THAT I WENT!!!
