The Color Run was the first run I ever did in my life, so for me it was worth the $45 to get me introduced to 5K running. I had an amazing time doing it with friends and because it was so relaxed I didn't feel intimidated with it being my first run.

I average between $80-$100 for myself a week. This includes some lunches out at work.

I recalculated my calories and I'm maintaining, so you're right, that is a plus! I'm going to go to 1/2 lb a week instead of a pound and not weight for a good month!! Thanks for the advice!!

I've lost a tiny bit over the amount of cheese an average American eats in a year!! That is crazy (and kind of gross to think of haha).

I finished my 30 days and now i'm going strong on a modified paleo diet! The first week and a half were really tough, but once you get thru that it just starts to become habit. My cravings were gone and I would make better food choices without even thinking twice!

I have a lot of Infected Mushroom anything with a beat is awesome for me to keep pace. my favorite is Blood Rave from the movie Blade....10 minutes long and just keeps you going :)
