I would suggest trying various types of milk and seeing which ones you enjoy. Personally I have more than one type of milk in my diet: soya milk, almond milk, skimmed goats milk and semi skimmed cows milk. Some I prefer in my cup of tea & others I have with porridge etc.

Ditto, this site recommended 1200 calories for me to lose a few pound so i struggle on days I don't exercise and find I can just manage if I have an extra 200~400 calories from exercising

Hi I,'ve just joined this week. Only looking to lose a few pound but still being 43 I need to tone up, get fit and maintain a healthy diet as I'm currently a fairly heavy smoker. Trying to cut down with the aim of giving up. Interested to see others helpful tips, recipies as well as give and receive encouragement.: )
