It seems this is just another case of "rules are fo r others" You can define this dog as anything you want. The gm should have a policy, so that members can choose to quit and demand a refund of dues if policy is violated.

Jogging is the best weight loss exercise for me. I am not talking running or racing. Those are competitive and lead to injury and disappointment. My idea is that I don't measure distance, I don't care how far I go. I don't measure pace, I don't care how fast I go. I jog to fill time, meaning I will go out in one direction…

I find that smaller fruits and vegetables have more taste. I will have an orange for breakfast, a peeled apple for lunch and drained and rinsed canned cherries or other canned fruit for dinner. (about 1/2 cup). This would be the most sugar I would accept on a daily basis.

Throw away your time goals and stop worrying about how much you weigh. Concentrate on the method and not the results. It is a lot easier to count how many days in a row you have met your calorie goals. You need to get in the right frame of mind and let it happen. You are taking in the right amount of calories and are exercising. Even without exercise, you are going to lose. My only way to success is not to obsess about my weight. I pick the right amount of calories and journal my food and exercise daily and let it take…

I guess I can only sympathize with you. I was a big beer drinker through out my life and thought it would be okay to have one here and there, even when trying to lose weight. I tried substituting alcohol free beer but could not stand it. I am in the same boat with sweets. If I substitute say a diet cola instead of having a…
