We are simillar in height and my GW is 180 (CW 225, SW 237). but you look good and healthy at 165 . Congrats on your SUCCESSFULL weight journey.

I am new on mfp . I started the year at 235 and started mfp 2days ago at 226 .thank you for sharing your success story and I know u will find strength to continue . good luck
