I just completed C25K. 7 weeks later I completed my first official 5k run. It's an amazing sense of accomplishment. Good luck to everyone starting it :)

It took me 6 weeks to go from literally not being able to jog to the end of my street to running in my first 5k last weekend. I used the C25K program and it worked wonders for me. It seems like you are very close so you will be just fine. Good luck!!

Awesome!!!! Congrats. I was at that stage a little over a month ago, and I remember how proud I was. I just did 4 miles for the first time today, and it's the same feeling so it doesn't go away. Keep up the great work!!

I just completed the program and ran my first 5k last Saturday. Everyone that has commented is correct. SLOW DOWN. Speed doesn't matter. It's all about the accomplishment.

I just did my first 5k this past Saturday, 33:49. I was in the back of the pack, but in my eyes a major accomplishment. I did the Couch to 5K program and it is awesome.
