Thank you

The Milon circuit is an established resistance training circuit. Google it for more info. It's weird how I'm eating the same amount now as I was eating before I started exercising and I havenf list any weight. Surely the calories expended during exercise should have made me drop a pound or two?!
-
Guys your answers are great thank you. I'm going to try heavier weights and work on my running speed x
-
Thanks!
-
Thanks for the advice. The protein could be the answer
-
Thanks for your reply. I guess I'm looking for toned muscles and a longer, leaner look. I'm quite curvy and want to be leaner looking.
-
Ok I'm confused then. I really don't think I'm eating over 2077 kcals per day. End of. I know I'm right.
-
Forget the tumour!
-
My BMR is 1500 by the way
-
YOU ARE WRONG!! MFP sets me a calorie amount of 1630, which would make me lose weight. This is NOT my maintenance amount of calories.mi can actually eat 2077 kcal per day to maintain my weight. If I go over my 1630 but still under my 2077 I should not gain weight. In effect, I should lose weight for every calorie I eat…
-
I DIDNT OVEREAT BY 15,000 calories though!!!
-
Also, I'm not asking you why I haven't lost weight, I'm asking why I gained 7lbs. Based on calories over the past 2 weeks I shouldn't have gained.
-
Ok,the amount if calories that MFP recommends you eat is based on your height and weight and how much you want to lose. It works out your tdee. If you eat 'over' it means you are going over the 'diet' amount. It does not mean you are going over your maintenance amount.
-
I don't overeat! On the days I went over I was only over the amount of calories it would take to lose weight. I wasn't eating over my daily recommended amount, so I shouldn't have gained.
-
I'm still here, I was out for a walk! I'm just sorry I started this post and now I can't delete it!

5ft 7.5, 138-146lbs dependent upon day! Aiming to be 126-133lbs
-
Well then that totally poo poos the accuracy of my fitness pal. If you look at my calories over the 2 week period it would actually be impossible to gain 7lbs, which would be the equivalent of eating 15,000 extra calories in that time. Based on my diary the obvious answer is that it is NOT food intake that has caused the…

You say I'm not exercising - I see 7 entries for running over that 2 week period. I AGREE WITH YOU ALL NOW THOUGH, I NEED TO ADJUST MY DEFICIT BY EATING LESS AND I WILL THEN WEIGH LESS.
-
I don't agree
-
Yup, these are freshly made too
-
They are in the "fuller for longer" and "balanced for you" meals. These are specially formulated diet meals. Plus fresh veg soup every lunchtime
-
Not lots of times! Perhaps just on weekends, also, just because I am over the 2000 some days it evens out over a week and does not account for 7lbs weight gain. My question to you all was based on my diary can you see a reason for 7lbs weight gain? The answer is no. That is why I was hoping someone could shed light on it.…
-
The weight gain led me to think it was a tumour. You hear of them being 6lbs or even more. I've gained weight but not gained size, hence the question
-
Whoops sorry, just unlocked it
-
Not at all, I am just trying to work out why I have gained 7lbs recently whilst eating 1630 cals or less per day and exercising! It seems ridiculous
-
How does my picture suggest it may be hormonal? This is interesting
-
Look at my diary! I am eating at a deficit
-
Have you looked at my diary? I wanted to know if you can shed light on why this is happening.

550 is an average of my calories burnt per day in exercise. I haven't altered my eating habits, I am very controlled. I was eating the same amount before I started running. Maybe I should get a different set of scales a d concentrate on monitoring my body fat composition instead of worrying about weight. Also, I guess at…
