  • Okay great idea...I've been away from MFP for some time, this will be a good way to get back into action. Starting weight 186 lbs. Lets dig in there guys and get our beach bodies toned up :)
  • Heyyyyyy I'm def in. This is just what I need right now. cause i've seriously fallen of the wagon w all these kids bday parties and candy around. I dedicate myself to 40 min on the treadmill and 15 min weight lifting, for 5 days a week. (Even though nursing school is killing my behind, lol)

  • Welcome to the site. I just became active myself. It's very difficult for to lose weight but hopefully ill have some success using this avenue. There is alot of good encouragement here i noticed. and its get to see everyone have the same goal of fitness and health. i wish all the success in the world to reach yr goals…
