  • I have also been on and off MFP. Need to get back motivated...I am currently going the wrong way on the scale. So I am back lookling for friends to keep me going. I am sending a request now.

  • I am a vegetarian and had the same problem...I started drinking EAS Advantage Carb Control, not bad tasting and the carbs are not high
