I am having a pretty hard time getting enough protein into my body. Any suggestions?

I do eat turkey burger and chicken. Not a huge red meat eater any more. Is there a special food other then meat/fish that I could add in to my diet?0

Whey protein supplement, egg white, etc. Look at my diary. I get 130+ grams of protein a day0

I am a vegetarian and had the same problem...I started drinking EAS Advantage Carb Control, not bad tasting and the carbs are not high0

Ok ok seriously, why not use supplements / protein shakes?!? In addition to making sure you eat protein first at all meals.
