  • I started jogging a very slow 2km (1.24mi) and I added 500m (.31mi) every couple of days. I have always run out half my intended journey to a point, that way I have no option but to run home and I know to walk will take twice as long. A word of warning - it becomes very addictive. All the best with it.
  • Hi. Sounds like a plan. Good luck and embrace that cardio exercise as early as you can, it will increase your results and make you feel good as well.
  • I say go for it. Not a cheat 'day' but definitely a naughty meal each week. I look forward to it and it is something to work towards. I can't eat as much as I used to so it isn't too bad anyway. Generally this meal will be dinner with family or friends or a few drinks.
