  • My favorites are Body Beast and the 21Day Fix workouts. I just started The Master's Hammer and Chisel this week, and I'm thinking I've found my new favorite! I've had good experiences with all of the programs I've tried through Beachbody!
  • I eliminated wheat from my diet, and migraines all but disappeared, along with my IBS. I went from having 3-5 migraines a week (with aura), down to 3-5 a year. I now stick to all whole foods, no artificial sweeteners, and limited dairy, and I have even fewer now. Good luck!
  • I start my 7th week of Body Beast tomorrow. Love the program, and love Sagi!
  • I only work out at home. I've done Turbofire, P90X, P90X3, 21 Day Fix, and currently in week 5 of Body Beast. I've always had great results, and I love working out in the privacy of my own home. Beachbody has some great products! :smile:
  • We are grain free here, which obviously by default makes us gluten free. The biggest trap with gluten free is all the junk food options that are out there.   • Sometimes you need to "reset" your fitbit. If you look on the website, it gives you instructions on how to do it. Or just google it. It's always worked for me! :)

  • Salt in the water works, but if you "shock" the eggs after boiling in ice water, they will peel like magic.
  • My Flex has not affected my sleep at all... I find that having it on my wrist does not bother me at all. I can't think of any reason it would cause difficulties with sleep, but you never know? I actually love the silent alarm that it offers. I like waking up that way! :)
  • I'm currently doing a hybrid of P90X3 and Insanity. I can definitely say the 30 minute workouts are good workouts, but I like mixing it up with the intense cardio of the Insanity workouts. My husband did P90X3 only prior to me, and he had great results. The workouts might be shorter, but they are tough and give results! :)…
  • FYI, avocado is a fruit! :wink: Yummy guacamole is all about lime and cilantro, seriously. I generally use 4 avocadoes, mash them up, and then I juice 2-3 large limes.   • Not sure which is "healthier", but I prefer nut milks. I make my own to avoid all the highly processed ingredients, and it's super easy! My favorite is hazelnut milk, but I love almond milk too. :)
  • Yesterday was my bday, and I just didn't count. I enjoyed my day! One day isn't going to kill ya! Happy birthday! :smile:
