This depends if there is a chick that pops out of my B-day cake. hahaha0 -
Obviously I would have a piece of my birthday cake. Moderation is key. Be naughty! Just be thoughtful about your naughtiness.
Enjoy your day. Have a happy birthday!0 -
My advice... plan ahead. Allow yourself the freedom to treat yourself to something celebratory (i.e. cupcake, brownie), just don't eat the entire cake. My birthday is in 2 days and I'm plannig on working out extra that morning to cover the extra calories I'll likely consume. Think about the bigger picture...how it will feel when you've attained your goal...now that's a birthday present worth getting!0

I would be bad, but that's just me lol.0

It's your birthday, enjoy! But make the enjoyment guilt-free without coulda, woulda, shouldas0 -
I went away on a trip for my birthday and ate whatever I wanted. I did guess calories / track items that were close to what I ate. However, it was my birthday, so I drank beer, and ate over my calories. My goal is 1500 calories per day. I think I had between 2500-2700 that day. It could have been worse, but it definitely wasn't normal/healthy. I also walked around A LOT because we were in Philadelphia.0

Happy Birthday
Mine was in January... There were no restrictions that day! Lamb chops, mashed potatoes, green beans, rolls and LOTS of homemade birthday cake!0 -
Hell. Yes. There will be no mindfulness on my birthday this Thursday. None at all. I will be eating like a mad person.0

Oh yeah, I celebrated mine on Saturday and I don't wanna think about the calories I drank. But it's only once a year and I had a great day
And no I didn't properly log them either.0 -
My birthday was yesterday, and I celebrated last weekend.
On Sunday, all that I ate was pizza, pastry and cake. I think I had a cider too. So to answer your question, no0 -
Cake. All. Day.0

My birthday was last friday. And yes, I ate what I wanted that day.
Happy Birthday. Enjoy your day0 -
Happy healthy birthday! Mine is tomorrow.. first day of spring (though it doesn't look like it with all this snow falling!)0

Usually we go out to eat on my birthday and I don't count calories! And my next birthday I'll be 21 so I certainly don't plan on counting calories then either! lol0

not just mine....tomorrow is my daughters sweet 16 so I ordered her favorite cake (2 layers) and specialty cookies for her as well as we are going to eat mexican food for dinner, needless to say I am certain I will be over :grumble:
But my baby girl only turns 16 once!!!0 -
its a special occassion try to eat something you enjoy but is a healthier option. mine doesn't come for 2 1/2 months0
-
My birthday is next month and I plan to eat whatever I want. I'm not a binge eater so this is not a problem. My appetite is much lower these days so I know I wont pig out but I have every intention of going out to dinner and ordering what I want off the menu and maybe even desert. I will not allow myself to guilt me out of enjoying it either. Life is short. If you can't take one day off a year then I think you are taking it all way to serious.0

I eat what I want on my birthday. You can eat anything you want as long as in moderation and you are exercising. Lighten up and enjoy your day! :drinker:0

I eat WELL on my birthday. And I try my best to make sure ice cream cake is in the equation.0

Happy Birthday! I am mindful of what I eat on my birthday, but I do not log because that would take the fun out of eating my birthday cake!0
-
I spent the day at Disneyland. You do the math But all of that walking helped work off the calories.0

Unless of course a stripper is involved. Then I eat really bad on my birthday.0
