Friday was my " starved" day! I drank water, ate protein, carbs, tried to preoccupy myself and nothing worked.....SO, I gave in to the hunger, ate some greasy bar food and when I weighed yesterday, I had lost three pounds! Not to mention, no hungry days since then!

I recently deleted a few people recently hadn't logged in for a while or who never commented at all.. I don't think that it will make any difference to them.

I was trying to research that topic today as well...seems our allowance is rather low? I also end up with too much sugar every day, mostly d/t Greek yogurt and fresh fruit, both of which are good for me!

I also log is as circuit training-20 minutes and hope it is pretty close. I don't have a HRM and don't have plans to invest in one at this time.

I am in the same boat. You start to wonder what the point is! My scale hasn't moved in over 2 weeks and I am still doing the right things. Makes you just want to go eat a hamburger and fries! I am not gonna throw in the towel yet.
