I should blame my metabolism.If I were to eat anything over 1200 calories,I end up gaining.My average diet comes to around 900 calories and I have lost weight quite healthy.The famine mode just doesn't seem to work for me! :-)

I had my total cholesterol done 5 years back when it was normal.I know total cholesterol doesn't mean anything!None in my family has cholesterol.

I saute ginger garlic paste in olive oil and add shredded cooked chicken breast, cabbage, broccoli, zucchini, onion, long beans and beansprouts for 4 minutes.Stir in a spoon of white vinegar and oyster sauce.done!
