I love peanut butter too. Sooo yummy. Recently I've started to use PB2 to quell my pb craving. It's great and works! 85% less calories and 45 calories for 2 tablespoons. It's pressed peanuts that you mix with water. http://www.bellplantation.com/

Totally great guy, still my friend. We both agree we never should have gotten married but stayed friends instead. We miss each other but like you would a buddy not a husband or wife.

I just private messaged XxXstars9967XxX to let her know that I'm respectfully bowing out of the new challenge. I wish you all the best of luck as you continue on. --Ro

FANTASTIC!!! I remember that feeling. I started the C25K at 233 pounds and thought I would die running for a minute. Getting to the point of running 20 minutes, then 30 and so on is an amazing feeling of accomplishment. SO proud of you. Go, go, go!

As you know friend (:), I love my Polar FT7 but I have found I overpaid for it. I paid a bit over $100 and someone on here posted that he found a killer sale online and got it for something like $60. Whichever HRM you get, shop for price! :)
